Spring is the perfect time to get your evergreens planted. They like to spend the growing season getting their roots established. Field-grown Dark American Arbovitae, the classic hedge shrub, have been dug. We have a large selection of junipers in our pot production area. Junipers are the perfect plant for a hot, dry, sunny site. For rock gardens or tight spaces choose Creeping Cypress, Bird’s Nest Spruce, Pumila Norway Spruce, or the perfectly conical Dwarf Alberta Spruce, which will also survive winter in a pot.

Yews, the old-time favorite, have always been offered at the Nursery and they always will be. The dark green color of their soft evergreen needles is unbeatable.
