For several years now, Horsfords has been reducing our use of resources. We have
eliminated picture tags on all of our plants. We re-use and recycle plastic pots. We run
our landscape trucks on Bio-diesel. And hopefully, soon we’ll be harnessing the wind
for a portion of our electricity. With this newest effort we hope to save on harvesting
trees to make paper and the energy to recycle it. (Our newsletter mailing currently uses
48,000 sheets of paper!)
