This attractive deciduous vine has dark blue-green foliage. Fragrant chocolate-purple flowers appear in mid spring. This fast growing vine will cover a structure in the sun or shade.

Outstanding ground cover. Has been called "the prettiest, sturdiest, and most reliable groundcover". Glossy bright green to dark green leaves in summer, bronze to reddish in fall and winter. Small, urn-shaped white tinged pink flowers in spring.

ZONE 4, HT 40-50', SP 40-50', SUN
Like other Trumpet vines it's a vigorous grower. What makes this Campsis unique is the splash of white variegation on the foliage mixed with the big, orange, tubular flowers.      

ZONE 4-9, HT 6-8', SUN/PART SUN 
One of the few clematis that is shade tolerant. Raspberry pink flowers have a dark pink stripe down each petal. Blooms from late spring to late summer.

A vigorous climber blooming from summer into fall. Velvety flowers are 4" wide, starting the season deep red and fading to plum . Reliably blooms a second time in September. The vine can spread up to 4' wide. Prune back to 12" each spring.

Beautiful creamy white flowers smother dark green foliage in May and June. Blooms measure 5" across and have soft yellow centers. Blooms are produced on the current season's growth, so prune this vine when it is still dormant. 

ZONE 4-8, HT 10-12', PT/FULL SUN           Pearly white flowers are 4-5" across and open with a pale pink hue. Blooms July-September. Old growth needs to be pruned off in early May to give this clematis a fresh start each season.

Pretty, deep dogwood-pink flowers appear in May and June then bloom again in August and September. Produces flowers on old wood, so prune only moderately.

A showy variety with soft pink blooms in May/June and August/September. Double flowers bloom on old wood in early summer, and semi-double and single flowers bloom on new growth in late summer. No pruning is required other than removing dead growth as needed.

A beautiful yellow flowering Clematis that can be used as a vine or as a sprawling shrub. Bell-shaped flowers bloom in June and then again in October. Feathery seedheads will add a unique interest to your garden after the blooms have gone by.

Stunning deep purple Flowers with broad white veining and dark centers. Blooms from June-September. Needs simple pruning each spring; cut back old growth to just above new growth in early spring and be rewarded with tons of blooms!

You will love this vine in July and August when it is covered with bright red blooms. Flowers have white centers and white shading along veins. Very vigorous and sure to make a statement. Prune back to 12" each spring.

Tiny white bell-shaped flowers, borne in terminal racemes are waxy and very fragrant in late spring. All parts, particularly the red berries, are toxic if eaten.

The leaf and flowers of bunchberry are clearly members of the Dogwood family. White flowers in spring followed by clusters of bright red edible berries in late summer. A good native groundcover for a damp woodland garden or partially shaded bog.

A good groundcover for your shade garden. Glossy leaves on erect stems are attractive all year with white flowers on short panicles in the late spring. Needs rich soil. Protect from winter sun.
