Oregano (Non-Hardy) 
Origanum onites    
   

ZONE 8-11, HT 18", SUN     
Traditional pizza spice! Part way through the summer, it gets woody and flavor gets bitter. Cut back to encourage flush of new growth with fresh flavor. Get two plants and you'll always have fresh oregano.


Oregano, Greek (Perennial)
Origanum vulgare hirtum

ZONE 5-10, HT 12", SUN     
The true oregano that grows wild in Greece. Very intense flavor, a choice herb for use in Italian cooking. Can also be used as a healing wash for burns, rashes, blisters and poison ivy.


Parsley, Italian (Annual)          
Petroselinum crispum

HT 12", SUN/PART SUN
Flat, dark green leaves. Great for flavor, and as a garnish.

Parsley, Moss Curled (Annual)           Petroselinum crispum
HT 12", SUN/PART SUN
Finely cut, curled, dark green leaves. Great flavor and use as a garnish. We use it in mass as a dwarf annual hedge.

Rosemary Upright (Non-Hardy)           Rosmarinus officinalis

ZONE 8-10, HT 2-3', SUN    
Lovely blue flowers in May and June. Use in tea, pickling, flavoring meats and sauces. Very fragrant foliage. If it's in a container, you can bring it inside for the winter and cook with it all year long.


Rue, Blue Mound (Perennial)
Ruta graveolens
ZONE 5-9, HT 8-10", SUN
An attractive compact form with small, yellow flowers. Bluish-green foliage grows in a neat little mound. Aromatic.Deer and rabbits will avoid this plant.
