This is a wonderful drought tolerant evergreen groundcover.  It is covered with tons of white flowers in spring.

Yes, I have been assured by our supplier that university studies have shown this plant to be hardy to zone 4! Black petals with a bright yellow stripe near the base. Flowers in early summer, tolerant of wet areas, good cut flower.
