Year after year our Virginia blue bells poke through scrub, rocky fields, and under trees. Flowers of purple-blue fade to rose. By summer the entire plant is dormant.

Reddish foliage becomes more intense as summer passes. Cotton-like plumes with magenta hues in August. One of the best varieties for fall color. Forms an upright clump. Tolerates all soil types. Great for mass plantings or as a simple addition to your garden for year round interest.


Miscanthus sinensis 'Gracillimus'

ZONE 5, HT 5-6', SP 3-4', SUN/PT SHADE One of the oldest and best selling Miscanthus varieties. Slender green foliage with silver variegation turns golden in fall. White plumes with a red tint appear in fall. Forms a large, rounded mound making it perfect for screening, use as a specimen, or planting in your perennial garden. Performs best in moist soil but will tolerate all soil types, including clay.
